Profile

With more than 20 years of work experience and a wide ranging national and international network we offer the knowledge and methodology of setting up and executing large and complex design projects.

It is dedication that makes a project a success. And it is the joy of creation that makes exceptional project truly unique.

Embedding this principle in a process of structured dedication and commitment is applied the same to all of our projects, regardless of their scale, context and functional extent.

Services

For us it is attention to detail that defines the quality of a project. It is for that reason that we rate the finished product higher than the seductive vision.

It is the perfection of the planning process that we specialize in and that we have applied to various project categories over the years: From the tailor-made private villa to high rise residential – from inner city redevelopment to large infrastructure projects.

We accept the stipulations of the German fee scale for design services (HOAI). We are however convinced, that appropriate project work requires more a conscious approach.

Let us help you to develop the right team and performance requirements for your project.

We look at each project as a unique challenge, which we approach in a reiterative process of analysis, testing and development. This process of permanent scrutiny and improvement evolves throughout all stages of our projects, from initial conception through to supervision of the execution process.

Experience shows that the ability to form a project team involving all participants and stakeholders ensures a successful product in the end.

Having learned from some of the best in the architecture world, we know that delivering quality is based on excellent design skills, sound strategic planning and good communication.

Parallel to the necessity of structured project work it is craftsmanship that is an important key to our work. Particularly in times of digital planning tools it is the joy of designing and creating with your own hands that ensures not to lose contact with the product you are working on.

In order to deliver designs of the highest standards, we have to start the process by ascertaining our client’s requirements and aspirations. This will ensure that we develop solutions perfectly tailored to the context and users needs through context, functionality, technical and construction requirements as well as visual quality. Good design is more than the combination of form and function. It is the ability to link all relevant aspects into a complex relation.

We understand quality design as our contribution to an environment worth living in. For that reason, we are concerned about the environmental impact of architectural and urban planning with regards to use of materials, natural resources as well as land and energy efficiency and are therefore committed to minimise such impacts.

We view construction as the key stage of any project. It is for that reason that we strive not just to be involved but actively lead the quality assurance processes that are necessary to manage and control the execution of our projects.

Good project management is about a structured workflow organisation and to determine the rules, responsibilities and interfaces of all planning and construction processes.

Project management in the sense of active quality assurance should be established as a separate role for projects of a certain size.

Let us help you to determine the right scope of project management for your project.

It is selecting the right tools that determine the quality of the finished article.

We understand Building Information Modelling not as the application of a given software solution but as the task to developing the right solution for our project’s specific needs.

It is for that reason that we do not view our working tools and methods as predetermined and given but as something that requires questioning and improvement.

With a strong commitment to pioneering solutions and technologies we have developed several solutions helping us to optimize the way we work.

We are happy to advise you on the right scope of BIM Management for your project.
